Overview
Florida Captioning Services provides captioning for live TV, online streaming, events and post-production nationwide. The company needed a rebrand that reflected its user-friendly services, modern technology and approachable, customer-first ethos. The goal was to create a warm, clean and professional brand identity while making the website more intuitive for clients.
Approach
I developed a refreshed brand identity using clean typography, warm colors and thoughtful white space to communicate friendliness and clarity. The redesign included web design, print materials and iconography that reinforced the company’s approachable personality while simplifying user experience.
Outcome
The rebrand and website redesign improved usability and strengthened brand perception. Website traffic increased due to the more intuitive layout, and client feedback highlighted the updated identity as modern, approachable and easy to engage with. The new brand system continues to support client acquisition and retention.
