Overview
For six decades, Oklahoma advertising has sparkled with ideas that move people and shape culture. Inspired by the brilliance of a diamond, this year’s Annual Advertising Awards theme celebrated the craft behind the work.
Ideas forged under pressure, refined with intention and built by the creatives who make the industry shine. A tribute to the sparkle behind the scenes and the diamonds in the rough.
Approach
I led art direction and developed the event’s brand identity, creating a visual narrative that celebrated six decades of Oklahoma’s advertising industry.
Inspired by the idea of enduring brilliance, the identity balanced timeless elegance with a trendy twist and was designed to complement the event space while carrying consistently across digital, print and environmental elements.
Outcome
The brand identity helped generate renewed excitement around the event, contributing to strong attendance and a noticeable increase in award submissions.
Many attendees shared that it was the best event the organization had hosted in years. The cohesive visual experience also supported successful fundraising efforts, helping the evening deliver meaningful impact for the organization.
